TERMS OF USE

Ramz

Applies to the Google Play app Ramz, package com.sanadtech.ramz. Publisher SANAD Technologies LLC, 30 N Gould St STE N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Effective 29 September 2026.

There is a second Ramz app on Google Play, Ramz Care (com.sanadtech.ramz.care), sold as a paid app with nothing to buy inside it. Its terms are at sanadtech.us/ramz/care/terms. The two apps behave identically; they differ only in how they are paid for.

The short version

Ramz is a reminder app that keeps everything on your phone. One-off reminders are free, without limit, for as long as you like. After the first fourteen days, a reminder that repeats needs a single one-time purchase. Nothing you have already set up is ever taken away, whether or not you buy anything.

What Ramz is

Ramz stores a reminder — your words, a photograph you chose, a time — and delivers it at that time as a notification or a full-screen alarm. It runs entirely on your phone: there is no account, no server and no network use by the app’s own code. The one network permission it lists arrives with Google Play’s purchase library, which sells the unlock. The Privacy Policy says exactly what is stored and where, and what that permission does.

How Ramz is paid for

Free to install, and free to keep using. For fourteen days after you first install it, nothing in Ramz is limited at all.

One-off reminders stay free, always. A reminder set for a single moment — the parking bay, the passport in the drawer, the meter reading — is never limited, never counted, and does not expire with the trial. There is no cap on how many you keep. This is the use Ramz is named for and it is not for sale.

After fourteen days, a repeating reminder needs the unlock. A reminder that recurs — daily, or on the days of the week you choose — is the part a purchase buys. Repeating reminders you already made keep working and keep arriving; you can edit them, switch them off and on, and bring them back from the archive. What the unlock buys is creating new ones.

The unlock. A single purchase, made inside the app through Google Play, removes the limit on your Google account for good. There is no subscription and nothing that renews. The price is shown by Google Play at the moment of purchase, in your currency; we do not print it here because Google sets and displays it per country. Google handles the payment and any refund under the Google Play terms; we never see your payment details.

When the fourteen days start. They count from the day you first installed Ramz — including if you installed it before the unlock went on sale. If the phone cannot say when that was, Ramz does not treat the free period as over.

When Google Play cannot sell the unlock. If Google Play cannot be reached, or cannot offer the unlock on your phone, Ramz does not refuse a repeating reminder: a limit you cannot pay to lift is our problem, not yours. The same holds when the app cannot read whether you have already bought it.

What the purchase does not do. It cannot be shared through Google Play Family Library, because Google does not allow in-app purchases to be shared. That is why Ramz Care exists as a separate paid app.

What you can rely on, and what you cannot

Your content

The words and photographs you put into Ramz are yours. They stay on your phone. We do not receive them, cannot see them, and claim no rights in them.

Acceptable use

Use Ramz for reminding yourself, or someone you are helping, of things. Do not attempt to defeat the purchase check or to redistribute the app. That is the whole list.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them, and the release notes of the version that makes the change will say what changed. Because Ramz has no account, we have no way to notify you individually.
