Ramz Care
This is the paid app. The free app, Ramz
(com.sanadtech.ramz), has its own terms at
sanadtech.us/ramz/terms. The two apps behave identically;
they differ only in how they are paid for.
The short version
Ramz Care is a reminder app that keeps everything on your phone. It is bought once on Google Play and has nothing to buy inside it. There is no reminder limit and no trial. Nothing you set up is ever taken away.
What Ramz Care is
Ramz Care stores a reminder — your words, a photograph you chose, a time — and delivers it at that time as a notification or a full-screen alarm. It runs entirely on your phone: there is no account, no server and no network use by the app’s own code. The Privacy Policy says exactly what is stored and where.
How Ramz Care is paid for
Ramz Care is bought once, on Google Play, and has nothing to buy inside it. There is no reminder limit of any kind, no trial, and repeating reminders are included. It can be shared with your family through Google Play Family Library where Google offers that.
What you can rely on, and what you cannot
- A reminder you made will be delivered. Ramz Care has no limit to consult and no purchase check to run: nothing stands between a reminder and the moment it is due except the phone itself.
- We cannot promise minute-exact delivery on every phone. Android and phone manufacturers can delay or block an app’s alarms. Ramz Care asks for the permissions that make delivery reliable, tells you when it could not be exact (“about 6:00 pm”), and tells you afterwards when the phone blocked a reminder and what to change. It cannot override the phone.
- Nothing is carried to a new phone. Reminders and pictures stay on the device they were made on. The purchase record lives in your Google account and is restored by Google Play on a new phone; your reminders are not.
- Ramz Care is not a medical, safety or emergency service. It is a general reminder tool. Do not rely on it as the only safeguard for anything where a missed reminder would cause harm.
Your content
The words and photographs you put into Ramz Care are yours. They stay on your phone. We do not receive them, cannot see them, and claim no rights in them.
Acceptable use
Use Ramz Care for reminding yourself, or someone you are helping, of things. Do not attempt to defeat the purchase check or to redistribute the app. That is the whole list.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them, and the release notes of the version that makes the change will say what changed. Because Ramz Care has no account, we have no way to notify you individually.
